New Faculty Orientation is designed to provide you with all the essential information and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful start to your journey here at App State.
Our orientation program is crafted to support you in understanding our institution's culture, policies, and procedures. During this two-day event you will learn about administrative processes, teaching resources, research opportunities, and professional development. Additionally, our programming offers insights into our vibrant campus life, community engagement initiatives, and the various support services available to you. Human Resources also offers a separate New Employee Orientation that introduces you to important aspects of your employment at App State such as benefits, institutional structure, employee perks, and more. We encourage all new faculty to take advantage of both orientations for maximum support and preparation.
